Kodi netflix 4k

So I've been searching and wracking my brain trying to figure out why the Netflix addon won't play in 4k. I'm using Kodi 18.9 with the Castagnait 1.10.1 Netflix addon. I've followed whatever info I can find but during a 4k movie, if I hit O, it shows the video stream at 1080p. I've tried picking a 4k resolution but it still shows 1080p.
